Income-Producing Real Estate with Asset Management

We acquire and manage income-generating properties that offer both stability and growth potential. These assets often require active oversight and strategic improvements to unlock their full value and deliver consistent returns to our investors.

Re-gearing Leases

Renegotiating or extending leases for long-term tenants.

Increasing Rent by letting Vacant Space

Maximizing income by letting unused space.

Purchasing Properties with Short Income

Acquiring assets with below-market rents or short lease terms, but with potential for value growth.

These properties are purchased with up to 70% Loan-to-Value (LTV) through Islamic financing. The remaining balance is funded by equity raised from the fund.
